PT Solusi Pangan Kita runs a business where procurement, production, storage, and delivery all have to stay in step, but each stage lived in its own disconnected tool, so keeping them aligned meant re-keying and cross-checking by hand. They came to Kalatekno to connect those scattered, hand-maintained records into one operational system built around how they actually work. We took it on as an end-to-end IT & API engagement, not an off-the-shelf install.

What we did

  • Built a full ERP for PT Solusi Pangan Kita covering the whole operational chain: procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and shipment, in one connected system
  • Engineered each module around their real workflows rather than forcing their operations to match a template
  • Connected the stages so data moves through the chain automatically instead of being re-keyed between steps
  • Set up the integrations and internal software so procurement, production, stock, and dispatch read from the same source of truth
  • Documented the build for handoff, so their own team can operate and extend it without depending on us for every change

PT Dari Bumi Nusantara, PT Safiya Food Indonesia, PT Timur Tengah Indonesia, and PT Herat Saffron Indonesia each sell to Indonesian shoppers across Shopee, TikTok, and other platforms. Rather than split attention across in-house teams and separate agencies, they hand Kalatekno the full advertising and creator side of the work. We run it as one Marketing engagement that connects each rupiah of spend to the orders it produces, optimized against sales rather than impressions.

What we did

  • Manage all paid advertising for the four brands across Shopee, TikTok, and their other selling platforms, from setup and creative through daily optimization
  • Build and run affiliate and creator programs end to end: recruiting, briefing, tracking, and paying partners
  • Tie spend to what actually sells, cutting what doesn't convert and scaling what does across each brand's channel mix
  • Coordinate the four brands under one team, so channel decisions and creator sourcing carry across accounts instead of starting from scratch each time
  • Report on what campaigns did to each business, not just reach, so owners can see spend against orders
